01 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the 1xbat platform:

1.1 Age Requirement

To register on 1xbat and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use gaming services on this platform. The platform may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

1.2 Personal Use

Each user may only create an account for their own personal use. Creating or managing an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. Only one account per person is permitted; creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

1.3 Use at Your Own Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are using this platform voluntarily and at your own discretion. Gaming and betting carry financial risk, and you are considered to be aware of that risk.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, 1xbat reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance. If any of your details change, please update them as soon as possible.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

1xbat may request identity verification at any time. This may include a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited.

2.4 One Person — One Account

If it is found that multiple accounts are being operated by the same person, household, or IP address, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and bonuses will be cancelled.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

1xbat supports transactions through the most popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. The accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank). No other payment methods are currently available.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

You may be required to complete KYC verification before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to the account from which the deposit was made — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not possible. Winnings from a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

Any loss resulting from a deposit or withdrawal made with incorrect details is the responsibility of the user. You are advised to verify all information before completing a transaction. If a problem occurs, contact support immediately.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

1xbat offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied only to the bonus amount — not to the deposited amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered to meet the requirement. The bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — such as using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other manipulation — the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

4.4 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be automatically cancelled. The detailed terms of each bonus offer are stated separately alongside that offer.

4.5 VIP Program

The 1xbat VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). You can advance to a higher tier through regular play and active participation on the platform.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or unintentional reason, 1xbat reserves the right to void that bet. The minimum and maximum bet limits may vary for each game or market.

5.2 Finality of Results

Once the result of a game or event is finalised, it will not be changed. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, only the result verified from the applicable official source will be accepted. If an event is cancelled or postponed, 1xbat will make a decision in accordance with its own rules.

5.3 Technical Issues

If any transaction or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or server outage, 1xbat will review it and provide a resolution. In such situations, the decision of 1xbat will be final.

5.4 Fair Play Assurance

1xbat is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated through trusted software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbat platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Registering using a false identity or another person's details
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Participating in coordinated betting or match-fixing-related activities
• Exploiting technical errors for personal gain
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner toward other users
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems

07 Security & Privacy

7.1 Data Protection

1xbat stores your personal information with the highest level of security. All data transmissions are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Your financial and personal information is never sold or transferred to third parties.

7.2 Password Security

Use a strong password and change it regularly. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify support immediately.

08 Responsible Gaming

1xbat believes that gaming should be an entertaining activity — never a cause of financial hardship. Responsible gaming is a core principle of our platform.

8.1 Setting Limits

Users can set their own limits on deposits, bets, or session duration. These limits help users stay within their budget while playing.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

09 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may request the closure of their account by contacting support. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure by the Platform

1xbat may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities
• Providing false information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Extended period of inactivity

9.3 Balance of a Closed Account

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. If closed for a standard reason, the verified balance will be returned after review.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Guarantee

1xbat makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service at the highest standard; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, network outages, or other reasons. 1xbat will not be held liable in such circumstances.

10.2 Third-Party Services

1xbat is not directly responsible for the operations of third-party software providers, payment gateways, or other external services. However, our support team is ready to assist with any issues that may arise.

10.3 Losses from Gaming

1xbat is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming or betting. The user acknowledges that they are using the platform consciously and at their own risk.

10.4 Force Majeure

1xbat will be exempt from liability if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government regulations, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

12.2 Continued Use After Changes

If you continue to use the platform after updated terms and conditions are published, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you review this page regularly.

12.3 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. In the event of a conflict between the Bengali version of the terms and conditions and any translation, the Bengali version will prevail.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between 1xbat and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by these terms and conditions.
